No, it isn't. Trust me, the profile thing has been bugging me too. I set a new profile pick two days ago and it still hasn't changed.

I've always been in love with them. I literally stalk every adaptation and have only been disappointed with one. Not sure if you've seen Once Upon a Time in Wonderland. It had such a great concept and trailer, but the material... *shiver*

When you get to the content block you want to put the gifs in, click properties. There should be an image icon (would be the third icon, in between the letter coloring icon and the attachment icon). Click it and paste the image address of the gif you're trying to use. Don't copy the image, copy the image address (I do that a lot myself xD). Not sure if this helped much O_O I stink at explaining.
