Help needed with possible glitch!

Hello everyone! I have a question that I'm hoping a more experienced player or admin can help answer.

Today when I logged into the forum, I saw that I had a system notification. When I cliched on it, it told me that I was a "new arrival" which isn't the case because I've been playing this game for about two months now. I attached a screenshot to show where the system welcomed me to the forum on April 24th, and where it alerted me today that I was a new arrival again.

Does anyone know the cause of this, or how to fix it? I was a "certified pixie" before. Any help would be much appreciated!!

I you spent coins, credit, or loyalty to buy something then that is probally why. I can't be sure though.

Possibly your threads have been moved to recycle bin and the credits u earned from that have been deleted. Or it’s a glitch.

I just noticed, your airplane mode is on... How are you even on the site with it on? I recommend you turning it off.

Did you use the Relations Center at all?  Using that costs Loyalty, which can make your Credits decr ...

I did use the Relations Center, although it was days prior. But still, it's likely that that was the cause of it!

I just now noticed too!! How strange, I must have pressed something briefly? I still don't know how it was allowing me to continue on the forum
