Did you participate in the loyalty and contribution discontinuation exchange back in August 2020? We had until around 10 September to do so, otherwise any exchanged loyalty and contribution were lost. All you can exchange anymore is Never Silver for Never Silver, ergo no more exchange as far as I know of.
