New to the game (Hi!)

Hey guys! I just joined this game today. I made an old account a year ago but I decided to make a new account today. Also, is it possible to play the 1.0 version?

As far as I've been told, as long as you're not banned or muted, having more than one account is fine, even if you let an old account expire. If you make any new accounts or use multiple accounts while at least one is banned, that counts as banhopping. My advice: repeat bans or mutes will eventually lead to permanent bans or account deletions. For more information on what's expected, refer to the following link:

If you made your old account in 2019, I believe you should still be able to access 1.0. New arrivals can't. You can play 2.0 though! Is your old account frozen? It might be because you haven't logged in much. Anyhoo, hope to see you in game and around here more! I'm Moon, Moonsprite in 2.0.

I actually made a new account because I couldn't remember my old email. But I just now found out which email I used so I'm definitely going to log back in!

Hi Moon! And im not sure if it's frozen. Im going to try to log back in again. How come new arrivals can't access 1.0?

Sadly, I don't think I can log into my old account that I made back in 2017 T^T

Hi Hazel! I'm Sapphire Glitterwish! Aw I'm sorry you can't login to your old account! Hopefully you will still have tons of fun with this new account! Also the reason new accounts can't login to 1.0 is because of a glitch they are working on it but it will take some time to fix. So have fun with 2.0 for now its still a very good game! I hope to fly with you soon

Hi Sapphire! I actually figured out my old username and was able to log into my old account! And oh I see. I can't wait till they fix it. I also want my friends to join me haha.

I'm so happy you got your 2017 account back! What I meant to say was if your account was made before late 2019, you should be able to get into 1.0. Su said they will see if they can fix it so more can get into 1.0 but their main focus is 2.0. Can you get into 1.0 on your 2017 account?
