I hope this helpful for some who don't understand how to report.I update it a little. and put something, someone said in this Thread.

Yes thanks, also remember only to report if someone is breaking the rules, not just if they're getting on your nerves. RC is to help keep the community PG and safe, not to take stabs at people you don't like, just thought I'd throw that out there
