This is a cosplay of Soop, the mermaid. This is based on what she wore in the Welcome to Pixie Hollow book.

And as a bonus, this is not my outfit for the contest but here is something I made in the original Pixie Hollow... Keep in mind that it was over 10 years ago. Pah is Soop's friend btw.
