- Ty for checking in it means so much <3 I did have a couple days where my depression seemed to have eased up a pinch and I was hoping it meant maybe I was finally absorbing food or medicine but then I nosedived again and unfortunately have been having a pretty crappy week RIP. I started a new supplement that I'm pretty sure was messing with me big time so crossed fingers I start feeling better soon now that I stopped taking it. I did get to hang out with my grandparents over the weekend though which is nice :)
