Cant get in to 2.0

2.0 wont let me in the game and it wont let go left or right and switch to my other fairies and its not letting me create any fairies, Please help.

Nvm its letting me create fairies but still wont let me into my current one and i made another but it wont let me into that one either.

it lets me go onto the game but i can basically only fly around because the stores wont let me buy anything even though i keep on pressing "try on" and "get" but you can go into your house and garden.

did you try clicking on the fairy? thats how i get into the game.
