what happened to my account?? :(

hi pixies! not sure if anyone else is currently experiencing this issue or if anyone can help- i logged in just a few minutes ago to see that i had to activate my already existing account (this one) and as soon as i did my credits went down to 20 and my status went back to a new arrival, my avatar page went to the standard layout from my customized one, and it looks like my badges are gone too. my 2.0 fairy is still there but i havent checked 1.0. ive tried logging in and out and trying different browsers as well. if anyone can help please let me know <3

This is really weird. I know that accounts can freeze after a period of inactivity, and reactivation will be required, but it looks like the system completely reset you, all the way down to setting today as you arrival day.

I can set your arrival day back to October 16 2018 [assuming that is correct], and any other info you can remember including but not limited to user group, badges, credits, etc. There's not any sort of automatic restoration process I can go through, I will have to do it manually. If you can't remember any of your info we will come up with a solution and I'll compensate you for the trouble.

Just send me a PM with everything you can remember, and I will do everything that I can. So sorry about this problem.

That sounds even worse than back in August 2020 when Abandon Loyalty and Contribution happened with the trading for Never Silver and other stuff! Stuff like that is why I screencap periodically.

Have you checked 1.0 yet to make sure your fairy is still there? Also, just saw your page again; hope your account returns to rights soon because that huge a downgrade's no fun.

yes! sooo happy the my fairies on either versions were not affected thank you so much <3

So sorry that this happened to you! I'm glad that your fairies in 1.0 and 2.0 did not get deleted! Have you gotten most of your stuff on your account back yet? Wings crossed that this will be fixed soon
