Help returning fairies

Hey there! I'm Charlotte Pinestone. I haven't been on Pixie Hollow in a while because life is busy, but I'm back and I can't wait to play. The only thing is that when I tried to play Pixie Hollow again, my fairy was completely gone. Is this normal? Has this happened to anyone else? Do I have to completely remake my fairy now? I'm just a bit confused. I didn't think this would happen.

Welcome back, Charlotte!!  This is Crystal.

If you clicked the "PLAY" button when you reached the game's screen, then you must have ended up in Version 2.0.  That version is VERY glitchy and is a rushed demo, so I recommend using Version 1.0.  You can access Version 1.0 this way,

One such glitch includes clothing, e.g. when you try to get a different item, but all that changes on that part is the colour, even if you select an item you can't recolour... that's in 2.0; 1.0 does still have a glitch or three, but at least there you'll have a little less trouble enjoying the game.
