So I actually wrote a series about characters that were of comparable size and powers to the Disney Fairies franchise and even added in one tidbit from the original Peter Pan, but those are pretty much all the similarities I've found, but there are quite a few differences:

Disney Fairies	My Characters
No wings, no flight	Most can fly wingless
Pixie/Fairy Dust needed for magic	Magical dust won't attach, ergo can't use it
Cannot swim until wingless	Almost no one has wings, so swimming's no big deal
Average height 127 mm	Males, 13 cm, females, 12 cm on average for main species
Human children can see them	Almost completely invisible to humans
One talent per person (usually)	Some talents learnable, some earnable
Only one emotion at a time at times	Room for many emotions regardless of size
Seasonal changes on the Mainland	Human realms for very special missions only
Predators disobey Animal Fairies	Even predators are cared for by the Animal Specialists
Scouts not required to swim	Swimming is a Scout prerequisite because, rescues

Based on these differences (ten per column), does this count as fanfiction?

Disney Fairies	My Characters
All beings that look humanoid are small except humans and some Mainland fairies	No humans live there, but some folks are big, some small
Incompletion not common, but exists as does overcompletion; still doesn't count as a disability	Those unable to walk are unable to fly either, mentions incompletion, but only for lack of skills; some lack speech, hearing, the ability to walk, see, etc. Disabilities a bit more common.
Happy with their size from chubby to trim	There is a little more fluctuation with size, mainly to improve health, but still pretty fine with their size. A few far too thin to be trim
Scouts, Harvesters, Kitchen and Animal Talents tend to have the keenest noses	Comparable, but a few have even stronger noses than even the keenest guild on average, while others have rather weak noses
"I'd fly backwards" is an apology used, but "Sorry" works too	"I'd trek across the Sands of Time" or comparable more likely for serious issues, otherwise, "Sorry" is used.
Weather fairies mainly monitor the weather and some create either thunder or lightning, known as Storm fairies	The Weather guild includes, but doesn't limit to Meteorology, creating storms or taming clouds to let the sun shine. Not responsible for season change where the humans live, only their home realms.
Mainland or Neverland are where fairies are found	Neither realm is mentioned by name except by specie, then sometimes they have to relocate if the realm is far too unsafe to remain put
Calls humans either humans or Clumsies	Humans are humans are humans... are humans
They hate mincemeat because, taste of spoilt broccoli and unwashed socks and an equally foul smell, but they won't eat meat period	More herbivorous as they aren't as keen to eat dairy or eggs, but definitely can't eat meat. Some are carnephobic (afraid of meat)
Matriarchy or monarchy (led by a mother or queen in this case)	Oligarchy or gerontocracy (ruled by a few of the eldest)
Pirates	Lacks pirates in their realm
Native American humans	Some are of Native American descent, but they aren't humans

I still research some aspects outside anything related to Pixie Hollow, even names.
