Downgrading without doing any exchanges yet

The last time I logged in I was a Minister and now I've downgraded all the way back to a certified pixie and I still have loads of loyalty to exchange! How do I get my rank back up without abusing the points system?

Edit: I was a certified pixie again when I wrote that first comment and now I'm an honoured pixie again.

I haven't exchanged anything either and I recommend not doing so -- at least for now.
Yet, if first comes to worse, I recommend contacting the administrators. Having a screenshot of your current and previous levels can help.

i was a pixie pal and when i logged in it said i was a new arrival? but now it went down to honored pixie why is it changing so much?

This is the latest screenshot I have, taken just a few minutes ago. I had 1613 credits.

And this is my last screenshot as a minister with 5960 credits. I only had a few more after that, but I never screencaped my points again until yesterday. This is why I often screencap my points, in case I need evidence.
