The skin,hair,clothes DYES do not work

I apologize for more concerns, but after installing chrome and fiugring out the white features, the skin,hair and clothe dyes do not work. WebGl has been enabled, cleared some tasty cookiesjk im runnig out of energy hHAHAHAHUHUHU purrrrrr



ps:  i tried using other pc (my relatives' and it still doesnt work) I used Chrome and Mozilla(mozilla does not work)

PLEASE HELP. I have switched PC, Enabled WebGL and it still pertains with the same problem.
The thread for google chrome (in the tutorial for the glitched solution) does not work.
