A minor glitch?

Hi!
I was trying to make a fairy in Pixie Hollow. However, I wasn't able to see or change her skin and hair color. They're just white! Is this a glitch? How can I fix it?

I had a similar problem when I started, and you're lucky you were able to fix it. I only got color when I switched computers.
