Welcome back! I'm kind of outdated on this, but what I know is that it really depends. A lot of people like to hang out in Havendish still, but people like to hang out in the new meadows now.

It's pretty random. Sometimes it's Havendish, other times, it's Neverberry Thicket. Or other times its the theater, or the ballroom. Pretty random. The timings are usually at night, so check around 8-11 and further or 5-7 EST. I believe this should answer your question. *Thread marked Solved and closed.*
