Note: I'm going to be doing a poem for every main talent (and storytelling talent, because that's my talent)! I'm starting with Water because, well, my fairy's a water talent. I'll update this mini-series every few days, so don't worry; I'll get to yours! This is a bit different from what I'm used to, so it might not be as good as the other two poems I've written so far. Feel free to post suggestions!
Water
Droplets run and rainclouds pour
But fairy world turns on
Talented ones run out the door
Of Dust's Tree, worries gone.
The ocean swells and there they stand
Awake and happily
And it is to live so free
In this Neverland.
The mermaid's call, unheeded
As shadows laugh and play
Revealed at last to be again
Water-talents of the fey.
A storm is near approaching
Passes over light
As clouds are gone and chased away
By fairies shining bright
And so at last they cease it
Return to home, at last
But they smile at the darkness
As thoughts of dewdrops pass.
