Hello guys! I'm back with my second request, I know, I knoww, I'm pretty slow. It's just that I have a lot of homework to do and that gives me less time,but I'm still trying! Anyways here are the details of this edit:
Programs Used: Paint Tool Sai, Fotor, and PicMonkey.
Base Used: Tinkerbell! ^-^
Amount Of Time Taken To Make: A few hours, I believe I started this today, can't be sure though.. this one was a nice challenge! <3

I have been for the past few days now, so if you would like a 3D edit from me, reply below with a transparent photo of your fairy, or you can reply in "3D Edit Of Myself!" or "3D Edit Of Wintersparkle!", or you can send me a transparent photo of your fairy in PM. (Private Messages). Please keep in mind that I do not do anyone's 3D edit twice. So if I've done you before, unless you reaaallly want it badly, or if I feel the need to make you one, if none of thats happening then no I will not be doing your edit twice.
More about this edit: I hand did most of the hair, changed the colors of the eyes, did the shirt and skirt, a LOT of that was hand done. I liked the wings of my base, and Crystal Shinyheart your wings would have went off the canvas, I'm sorry about that, ;-; anyways my signature is in the bottom left hand corner. "Crystal Shinyheart" is written right above the edit. ^-^
I have a image with no background or filter, and then one with the water/sea filter and "Crystal Shinyheart" written above,
