Anonymous Posting Found OUTSIDE Report Center

I noted there was another thread posted anonymously OUTSIDE THE REPORT CENTER!!!
In case the administration and//or moderators is//are unaware of this, here is a screenshot to show it.  I know this is not allowed in the Fairy Arts section of the forum, so I'll let the staff decide on a course of action.
