Moderator team monthly report September 2017

During 2017-9-18~2017-10-18, the admin team had taken 308 actions among the forum.

Informal warnings are not counted as they were actually normal private messages.
Mute and Ban are not counted either since we are not racing to ban people.

In the last Moderators Recruitment thread i announced that "Moderator have a term of one month", later i announced on the moderator's guide that "Moderators have a term of one month, they can have unlimited terms".However, not many people noticed it, that's my bad, all mods got their terms renewed in october, at the mean time, i would like to announce again that Moderators have a term of one month, they might not get their terms renewed if they had not been active in their last month term.

What kind of actions are counted as moderate action?
