Questions about digital art

Hey guys, I'm starting digital art this year for class. I'm a beginner, but how can I improve? Can you help recommend me some digital art programs I could use maybe on (iPads, Macs). For those people who are awesome at digital art (amazing drawings) please help.

If you want a free art program, the best that I can recommend is FireAlpaca. Personally, i don't use it, but from the speedpaints and tutorials i've seen, it looks very reliable. But, if you don't mind paying, the best one to use in my opinion is Paint Tool Sai. It may look complicated but you'll get the hang of it in a week or so.

I personally use FireAlpaca for my digital drawings. For a free program it works really well. It's easy to learn how to use it and you can make truly great art on it. However, I've heard that Paint Tool SAI (gotta pay for it) is amazing as well. Hope this helps a bit

I'm not much of a digital artist myself (besides edit, I guess), but I would recommend Paint Tool Sai nonetheless
