characters completely white?

so, upon logging onto the game, my character and everyone elses characters are completely swatched white. is this happening to anyone else? this is on both 1.0 and the newest version of the game.

If you're on Chrome or Opera (might work for other browsers) make sure Hardware Acceleration is on

which version are you on? maybe refresh your game, that helps for me.
