Have you ever seen a Chinstrap Penguin? I decided to draw this Chinstrap penguin chick because what if somehow an area of Neverland was so cold only the most wintry of Winter Talents could roam there with the penguins? Also, it wasn't easy giving him all that down or making said down look accurate, but lo and behold, the Chinstrap penguin.

Your drawing is so cute! I really like the fluffy texture. Neverland is a magical island that can change its size at will, so who's to say there really iisn't some arctic region on it somewhere?
