- I don't remember the names of any of the hikes I do because my brain just doesn't work that way for some reason. A lot of people make a point to remember the names of the hikes they do, but for some reason I don't even care to remember it xD Maybe they remember it so they can go back to do the hike again if they want, but I don't like doing the same trail twice.

Once when I was night hiking I heard a large pack of what could have been wolves or ceyote's howling and barking and it sounded like they were completely surrounding us. I seriously thought my boyfriend at the time and I were going to die, but I forced myself to stay calm because they can sense fear. I also heard it's not good to run in those situations because it will make them want to chase you and they run faster, so they'll win. So we calmly fast walked all the way back to the car and once we got there we let all the freaking out we wanted to go through while it was happening just seep out all over the place. We were like "WE ALMOST JUST. DIED.!!!!!"

- It's this absolutely madcamp album that my friend got me into. The concept is that the entire album blends seamlessly together, and repeats. If you listened to it in the background, you'd be hard-pressed to find the stops and starts. It's worth a listen if you're into that kind of folk-electric stuff.
