Hi Butterflies! <3 

I am so sorry I have been inactive, I've missed all of you so much. I have been very busy with my butterfly herding. You guys mean so much to me (even though there aren't many of you) and I would never forget my fairy friends. Todays post is going to touch a lot of fairies hearts, and I am so excited to be talking about stress management.

Butterfly herding is a very demanding job, that requires a lot of commitment. You sometimes work days, nights, weekends, holidays, birthdays, whenever the butterflies herding. You may lose sleep, forget to take care of yourself, and feel a lot of stress! I feel overwhelming amounts of stress everyday because of my intense job. I have figured out ways to help manage it! Don't you worry. If you are worried about stress and anxiety, this post will help you. 

Stress is a universal experience. It can be very hard to deal with, especially if you don't know how. One of the first things you should do if you are feeling stressed is making sure you are taking care of yourself. Make sure you are exercising proper wing care, getting enough flying exercise, drinking enough water, and you must have a good supply of pixie dust at all times. 

Another tip; take time for you! Take a day off from your job. Go see a movie, or read a book you love. See some fairy friends! you deserve a break after rigorous fairy work. Studies show that taking breaks helps you work more efficiently in the long run. Don't feel guilty about taking a break. Put yourself first, you are number 1!!! 

Its okay to not achieve everything you feel like you need to. You aren't always going to live up to high expectations and that is alright! You are perfect and amazing either way, you beautiful butterfly. 

Doing stuff you love helps a lot with stress. Taking some deep breaths, exercise/yoga, listening to music, art, and anything that makes you happy and calm will help with stress. 

If you feel like you are struggling with anxiety or any other mental health issues, you should seek professional help immediately!

Thanks for writing! I think that way you focus it into the Fairy word is sweet. My little sister went to speech therapy way back when, and the lady used dolls to communicate so the pressure was off of my sister and and instead focused on the doll. Anyway, I think this is an interesting adaptation of that tactic! Pretty cool! Thanks for sharing!   :)
