...that we'll be able to attach music to our profiles? I know there's a tumblr widget for it, but is that possible in these forums?

How to add music to your page

1. go to your page, click DIY button on top right corner or click "dress/Diy space" button under your avatar.

2.Click add block or Block tab

3.Check music

4.Click the edit button on topright of the music block and then click properties.

5.Input your music link . music name and cover image are optional

6.Dont forget to save

7.enjoy

8. how to find mp3 links?
there are a few sites can search for drect music links. lets  take musicpleer.cc as an example
try musicpleer.cc and search for the song/music you want, lets say, jingle bells for example.

click the one you want in the searh resault link and you will get the following page

right click your mouse on "download" button, yes, right click on it, not left click. then you will find copy the link/copy lcation or something like that. sorry my computer is in chinese.
you will get the mp3 link into your clipboard, just paste it into your music player. (you can add tons of them into your music player)

Good news and bad news: I found the widget for music, but it requires an "MP3 link" (starts in http:// and ends in .mp3), and I cannot figure out how to make one from a song.  Uploaded my own mp3 to mediafire and linked it but nothing happened.  Anyone willing to play with it and make it work would be very appreciated! The widget is in the "Add Block" section under the "Start" tab of the profile editor.  Put a checkbox on music, and a music widget will pop up on the page.  Hover over the widget and there should be a block with some Asian writing on it, if you click it, it says "Properties" (which I intelligently read as "Proper Ties".)  Click it and it will give you the options to edit the music box.

if you have a  Dropbox account  created before October 4, 2012, you can upload your music file to your public  folder, and copy the link to the music block. it should play. Click here  for more information about dropbox public folder

I didn't have a Dropbox before, but I made one, uploaded the file, and copied the link, but it still didn't work.

Sorry, didn't see the fact that it had to be made before 2012.  Darn.  I'll try to look for other ways I suppose.

I actually found a file host for mp3 links.  It made it in the format just as MusicBox asked, but it still didn't work.  Ugh... I'll be fiddling with this till I fix it or it will drive me nuts.  Guess I'm actually a tinker at heart.

I've been trying to use some html players since the one provided is clearly not properly made.  Is there any way that we can get html to work? I know there's BBCode for it but it didn't work when I used a freeblock.  The video BBtags don't even work...
