Not able to upload pictures to album?

Hi, I have been trying to upload some new pics to my album but I'm not able to.. the section where it says to select a pick to upload doesn't allow me to select any picture. Anyone know why?

Hi there, I checked out your page and the reason could be due to the fact that you have another album folder that's probably using up your space.
The thing about rankings such as yours, honored pixie, have low storage available after using it and the higher you are, the more storage you're given.

Thanks for your response Nighty. However, I used to have this problem earlier too before I had even uploaded any pics into the "event looks" album. One day it just happened to work and I was able to upload pics. But now it's happening again so I don't understand.  As for storage, I cleared up the other album which I didn't even know I had, but it didn't solve the problem either
