You can, but it is recommended only doing it once or twice if absolutely needed. Accounts do take up valuable space.

Technically, you can create a new fairy or sparrow man. All you need to do is create a new account using a different (legal) E-Mail Address. You can choose a new talent then, too.
Yet, try to keep the new of characters you send into the game at a small amount. One of us has already experienced how it can be hard to keep track of them if you have way more than ten.

You are not able to reset/remake your current fairy/sparrowman. And you can only make one in the 1.0 version. Sorry!
