Demoted From ''Talent Master'' To ''Pixie Pal''!!

So, I went to post a blog on my profile page.  When I was finished, I recieved a notification declaring I had been demoted to Pixie Pal,

Pixie Pal 2 1

Yet, earlier today, I recieved a notification that I had been promoted to Talent Master,

Talent Master

Considering how this also happened to one of my other Fairy Sisters recently (and she was never compensated), I would like to know Why it happened.  I also request my missing credits be restored; I lost over 100 of them!!

There is one problem with that.
Su has been inactive since April 13TH, 2018.My Fairy Sister already PM'd her five times.  Yet, she did not receive any response.
