Gardenia Lightstone (#88754) + Moonspirit (#88755)

So, I flew into the Hollow to hang out for a bit, and then I noticed Gardenia Lightstone (#88754) and Moonspirit (#88755) saying unfriendly things in Havendish Square.  One of them left after a while and the other continued to say inappropriate stuff.
I seem to recall these two were banned back in 2018.  How did they manage to return?
