Heyo fairies & sparrowmen, I hope you’re having a flitterific day! A big thank you to everyone who came to Fashion Contest Friday! There were a lot of new arrivals to Fabc that came in during the middle so thank you to everyone for your patience amidst a bit of confusion and tangents with explaining where things were. And welcome to all the new fairies & sparrowmen! There were many contestants & observers and I may not have gotten screenshots of everyone. If I missed anyone, or accidentally included an observer in the participant list, I apologize. Also please feel free to reply to this thread if you were a contestant so everyone can give you a round of applause for your fashionable talents!  Time ; ) Unfortunately we weren't able to fairly have a 1st to theater this week as I had to host a server other than Violet Forest. However, as I technically do make 1st to theater 99% of the time, I figured I'd give myself the award this week just for kicks ;D My HM this week goes to Little Sweetbee for her gorgeous ball gown <3 Personally, I just love the colors purple and gold together so I simply had to give props for this ensemble. I adore how everything came together and the sunglasses offer a flaptastic character and amusing touch :;clapping;: A big shoutout to our flaptastic judges!

Some weeks certain people sync well with the themes and win multiple times while other weeks there are less repeat winners; it really just depends on the circumstances. The themes are chosen by majority vote & the judges switch each round to keep it as unbiased as possible. As host, I am back-up judge for whenever there aren't volunteers to judge a round. I guarantee that any participants who win multiple times do so because they enjoyed the theme, worked hard at their outfit, and chose details that spoke to the judges. Juno is absolutely flaptastic at making outfits & has a lot of skill for figuring out unique features to add even under a time limit, & you'll notice other people won for round 3 - not because Juno did poorly at all but because, again, sometimes certain people click with certain themes and the judges for that round. As I say every week there are no losers at FCF, and I also promise there are no consistent winners that haven't earned their wins each time they receive them
