No background music while playing the game

Hi pixies! I'm a new player to this game and I have some problems that I encountered while playing the game and it seems that there is no background music while I played the game and I only heared some sound effects like collecting some things in the meadow and I tried to log in some other platforms llike chrome, safari, and Firefox and none of them have no background music, will you help me resolve this issue?
