Trouble Entering Shops?

It's been quite a while since I've played this game, it seems that I'm unable to enter the shops (clothing, furniture, bakeries etc), all I get is the loading screen that doesn't ever fully connect, I'm playing 1.0

Is this happening to anyone else, and is there a solution? If I refresh the page it only takes me back to the initial "Choose your Fairy" screen.

Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thank you so much in advance!

Hiya. Welcome back! Sorry you're having trouble. Which shops are you flying into?

Summit Style in Acorn Summit, Gale's Outfitters in Treetop Bend, Queen's Boutique in Havendish Square and shop in Fairy Circle from Forested Path let portal are the clothing shops that work.
The sweets shop in Snowcap Glade is the only sweets shop open. Did you delete history and cache? Which browser are you playing in?

Thanks Moon ♥ there are no empty shops in 1.0, they should all load. if you are being sent back to "choose a fairy" you are playing 2.0.
