Fairies won't delete

In the 2.0 version, when I click "Delete this character" it won't delete the fairy from my profile, even after typing in the codeword multiple times. If I play that fairy and change her outfit, it will add a copy of the fairy to my list of fairies with the new outfit. How do I get rid of them? I am using Firefox.
