This is an old legend and prophecy from my homeland,

Once upon a time, there was a mystical land full of Light.

Everyone loved the Light, which allowed their dreams to come true. All was well, for their leader was a kind, gentle Lady with a strong bond to the Light. She ruled over the land with kindness, joy, and hope.

Then, one day, dark shadows arrived in the land. And with them came Darkness. As it shrouded everything in its path, the Lady and warriors of the Light fought back.

Though she fought with all her might, the Lady found herself betrayed by one of her own.

The Darkness won out, flooding the land, and turning all the pleasant dreams into horrible nightmares.

However, the Lady refused to go down without a fight. In an act of desperation, she sent her children to a distant world in the hope they would someday return, save her, and restore the land’s Light.

The years passed slowly for the Lady, locked deep in the darkest dungeon of her own castle. With the last two of her loyal followers, she continued to believe her children would return.

For they are the last Hope of restoring the land’s Light….
