I feel like you already know this, but just in case, haikus are short poems that use a 5-7-5 meter (5 syllables, 7 syllables, 5 syllables). They're usually stand-alone, but I've linked a whole bunch together into an almost-story here. As always, enjoy!
A Showcase of Thunder
So it begins now
Take your places, everyone
Curtain going up.
The wind, it swirls as
Droplets fall from the heavens
Before this, silence.
A thunderous crash sounds
From high above, and with it
Comes sheets of fire
Fire in the sky
Bright, jagged reminders of
Nature's true power
A downpour cometh
Rounded raindrops soak the earth
The sky is a stone
A gray stone above
Not calm, but patterned- flecked with
Light, also shadow
Shadow casts over
Earth, cut by the powerful
Wonderous sounds and sights
A silent rumble
In the Earth announces that
It's nearly over
Sky clears, rain stops, end.
Curtain down again. Good job.

My Snowcloud is a storm talent.She creates thunder, lightening, and rain but she mostly loves creating snow storms. Wonderful poem/ haikus!!!!::clapping:: Ooh, these are so good! This is absolutely beautiful! ::clapping::
