Wings fluttering in my own hands

In my eyes you can see
She’s all encompassing
Trickery,
And no mercy

Fly against the wind
This storms only picking up
But I want to jump the truck
Against the door I stand

Maybe she’s there but I refuse
to hear her calling
because I know that she’s wrong
and I say

Like I was

Tysm!（˶′◡‵˶) I kinda just wrote it in the three minutes that I was waiting for my friend to get her stuff together so that I could drive us to our rehearsal, so I wasn't sure if it was even really post-worthy. It's kinda more of a get-this-out drabble than anything, so I really wasn't expecting these sorts of responses! haha
EDIT: Oh, just in case it was mistaken, the "she" definitely doesn't refer to my friend.
