Moderators Recruitment
We are currently recruiting new moderators.Responsibilities,
Forum Moderators are very very important.
As moderators, we manage the relevant affairs of our own sub-forum; develop the rules and regulations of the forum and the user code;
We guide the members to edit inapporiate thread subjects or content, We move threads to their correct sections, remove and merge double posts/threads, and fulfill user’s requests for thread and post removals/moves in their designated subforum.
Requirenemts,
1, registered for3 months+
2, posted 100+ and online time 50 hours+
3, online at least once every two days and 3 hours a week
4, User legend honored pixie+
5, have no problem communicating and cooperating with other staff
6, be patient to regular members and take no sides in regular user's dispute.
Terms,
Moderator have a term of one month, and they can have unlimited terms, until the admin team or many regular members believed they were not doing well.
Moderators might be promoted to global moderators, with a term of two months.Available forums,

Hey Su, I would be honored to help wherever it is needed, but I think I may be best suited for My arts, Bess's art lesson, Off topic discussion, Tutorials, or User questions. I'm online every day, am good friends with most of the staff (therefore can better get along with them), and I make it a goal for myself to welcome newer members into the community and help them with issues to be best of my ability, so I believe that my contribution would be beneficial to FairyABC. I hope that calm, careful, thorough pixies are appointed, ones who can remain as objective as possible and who do not get emotionally involved in any disputes.
I won't be applying, I'm not online nearly enough and am not politically ambitious. But I hope the search is fruitful and the selected candidates are up to the task of helping fairyabc be a transparent and fair community.

I am very responsible and would love to take up a position in the staff if needed. Hello! I'm pretty sure I fill all of the requirements for this job, and I really would love to be a part of the staff to help bring peace to FairyAbc. I have always been a peacemaker with everyone I meet, and helping here in this community I love would be a dream come true.::heart:: I'm unbiased as much as possible when it comes to important issues. I've also had leadership experience in real life as well as other online sites. I hope you will consider me to add to the team! | I am down to help out!
