It's Almost Winter!

Ah, Winter, full of snow so whiteAnd decorations so brightLo and beholdDespite the coldOur hearts become alight.
I've often played in the snowAnd afterwards I see a slightly bluer glowAs well as feel a sense of funEven when playtime is doneFor a while, a whole new rainbow.
No wonder I enjoy a gloriously snowy dayAs Autumn unto Winter soon gives wayBut Winter in DecemberA time to rememberThat cheerfulness in the air can lead to play.
I hope to see snow around Christmas this yearBecause that still fills me with cheerTis the seasonAnd the reasonThat we should have petty qualms disappear.
Happy Christmas here and anonAnd reminisce of fun times bygoneRinging out a refrainOf fun candycanesFrom the last light of day until the next dawn.
