Last night I racked my brain trying to find a safer rhyme for pelican than I could repeat at the end of a poem about the pelican and now:

Behold the Majestic Pelican
Whose beak can hold more than his belly can
More food in his beak
Than can be eaten in a week
And more still than a Delichon.

By the by, a Delichon is a passerine and four species of the genus Delichon are house martins.

Thanks! The first time I heard that poem was on the telly where funny animal vdeos were sent to the show. Granted I've never seen a pelican away from the water or zoo with my own eyes, but pelicans have this cool pouch built into their beaks.
