Ali (#22881) + Zephyr Flickerstorm (#8910)

So, there was a little drama tonight at FCF.  Ali (#22881) came on spamming the world chat, so Zephyr Flickerstorm (#8910) told her stop using a rather controversial phrase.  Next, Ali threatened to report Zephyr.  Over the next several minutes, she told everyone to "stop talking".  When I informed her she needed to follow the rules still, she called me a "bully".  The rest is in the screenshots below.  I apologize for not having direct screenshots of the profiles for the players in question.
