new here, hi. character create?

so. it's a black screen. im new here, but im not like, super new since i played the original pixie hollow website thingy from disney, but why is the character create a black screen? so, i pressed the 'create your fairy' button, it loads to 100% then, black screen. super confused. help? is that... normal?

Hiyaaaaaa! Always nice to see fairies from the original Pixie Hollow on here and are still involved in the Disney Fairies fandom.

I'm sorry you can't access 1.0. One of the devs, Susie made a fix so more can fly in on 4/1/2023. Unfortunately, it seems accounts created after that date are stuck on the black screen. Hopefully it will be fixed soon! The good news is 2.0 is available to all players and you can still play the game!
