Where are the Cicadas?

I've seen maybe five cicadas two years ago, more than I can remember seeing anytime else in my life combined thus far. Tis year's supposed to have cicadas, but I've yet to see any this year because it's been a little too cold. At this rate, it might take at least the rest of the month to see cicadas since they prefer it at least 18 degrees Celsius or about 64 Fahrenheit for a fortnight straight. Anyone seen cicadas this year yet?

This year there should be more Cicadas emerging because we have annual Cicadas that emerge yearly but we also have a special red eyed one emerging from a 17 or 13 year sleep. This is surely the time to see them since Billions are scheduled to emerge this year. I am sure they are waiting for warmer weather to emerge. Maybe they will emerge soon if we don't have another cold front next week.

I'll probably know it's the thick of cicada season when I start at least hearing the cicadas.
