Pixie Hollow Sizzle
This is an old trailer from 2008 before the game released which I find to be very interesting. The reason why I find it to be so interesting is because of all the (mainly cosmetic) differences between the trailer and the final product. Some things I find to be really interesting is the fact that the Pixie Dust Tree region was origninally going to be Tinker's Nook. There were also tables in Neverberry Thicket (the only meadow in this trailer) and a baking minigame. They did eventually add baking but not until a lot later and the baking minigame seems to be of a strawberry cake or something. Any of you played during the Beta or even during the previews? If so, what do you remember about it?SW3kzZTvddY
I remember finding the original Pixie Hollow way back in September 2007 and all I saw were pages and activities to play, plus you could dress up to three fairies and decorate your home. Only Garden, Water, Animal and Light were available, the Garden button was green with pink flowers and there were some names that were omitted from later versions. Also, you couldn't fly about the Hollow either, just in your home. It was a really nice place and I even got a Founding Fairy necklace! The account I got it for that made it all the way to the end was my Animal Talent Elva Nightvalley. Screencaps definitely helped me to remember the original Pixie Hollow so well!

I played the prebeta version too. I don't think I played during the Beta though. Then again, I was literally six years old at the time. But I found out that the prebeta had a Fairy Directory where you can browse through fairies by Highest Rated, Most Active, Most Popular and Most Recent. You can also look for a fairy using a search bar or browse alphabetically. There was even the option to filter by talent. Fuffeedoo1 replied at 2025-3-23 13:51

I don't recall using the option to search for fairies during pre-beta (or would it be alpha?) or beta, but they were there.
