[Solved] Some tabs and boxes have in chinese

Hey, I am not sure if its just me seeing this or if others are too, but I am seeing a few of the tabs and comment box places with the text in Chinese, and while I wish i could read chinese, i cannot. Is there something i need to do to switch the tabs back to english or at least have it so english shows up too?
